Vintage 70's suede cape

Vintage 70's suede cape

Sale Price:$100.00 Original Price:$120.00

This is such a special piece found and sourced in Los Angeles, California.

A very cool 70's suede leather cape in good second hand condition (with slight signs of wear) which is quite rare for these capes. In neutral tones, she's one that can be thrown on with many outfits!

STYLING TIPS: She's the real deal when it comes to capes - with lots of detail to make her that perfect statement piece - two front working pockets, working silver buttons down the centre and two-tone colour way. You can mix and mach her with loads of outfits. We've teamed her with a vintage white prairie dress for a real 70's vibe; she'd be perfect to wear to festivals with your favourite pair of boots and cowboy hat. Wear as a smart casual look with jeans, your favourite peasant blouse and pair of heels. Wear over your favourite gypsy skirt or a jumpsuit for that extra special detail. She's great to replace a full length coat as the vintage suede leather gives you warmth. With the added benefit of arm holes, you can dance and party the night away feeling unfettered and free!

SIZING: Nat here is an AUS 6 with waist measurement of 24-25 inches and bra size of 6DD. Depending on style and fit preference, this would fit between an AUS size 6 - small AUS size 12.

MEASUREMENTS: Please note these measurements are taken of a garment laying flat. Please double waist, bust and hip measurement for actual round measurement. These are garment measurements and not body measurements. We recommend wiggle room to ensure a good fit.

Please be aware that the measurements below are a guide only, actual garment may vary slightly.

Thank you for choosing to shop preloved. By supporting secondhand you are investing in a circular fashion economy - one of the most sustainable ways to shop. This approach to shopping means you are not investing your money on new product where virgin materials have been produced, but rather, supporting existing product in the fashion market which is being re-circulated, reinvented and recycled. You are using your dollar and purchasing power to re-invest in preloved clothes, which means these do not end up in landfill, but are recycled, and you're not contributing to the demand of new clothes.

By purchasing a piece of clothing from our tommie shop, you are making the decision to shop mindfully and consciously; all pieces are thoughtfully hand selected one by one by eco fashion stylist and founder of tommie magazine, Natalie Shehata to create a curated shop. You are supporting us as small business, and we thank you for this. All items in this store were purchased from individuals at flea markets, or small vintage shops - we too are investing our dollar in supporting small business who specialise in second hand clothing.

Thank you for making this decision, you are making the world of difference. Change starts with you, you change-maker!
