Vintage 60's Daisy Duster

Vintage 60's Daisy Duster

$105.00

This is a super, sweet and dainty, daisy sheer lace duster found and sourced in Portland, Oregon.

A rare floor length duster from the 60's, in great condition with no holes in the lace. Another great versatile piece that can be worn in many ways.

STYLING TIPS: We've teamed it back with a white, boho, prairie like dress, perfect as a festival outfit. This would be amazing for a 'boho' or more rustic bride to wear on her wedding day as an added accessory. Wear the duster with jeans and even team it back with a button up suede cape for that added 70's vibe. In this lovely neutral cream lace, she has the added benefit of being able to match back with all colours! Wear your favourite vintage t-shirt underneath - any colour would work, and you're ready to go. This would even look super, sweet in Summer over a bikini, perfect if you are attending a pool party and want to make your outfit that little bit more snazzy!

Thank you for choosing to shop preloved. By supporting secondhand you are investing in a circular fashion economy - one of the most sustainable ways to shop. This approach to shopping means you are not investing your money on new product where virgin materials have been produced, but rather, supporting existing product in the fashion market which is being circulated, reinvented and recycled. You are using your dollar and purchasing power to re-invest in preloved clothes, which means these do not end up in landfill, but are recycled and you're not contributing to the demand of new clothes.

By purchasing a piece of clothing from our tommie shop, you are making the decision to shop mindfully and consciously; all pieces are thoughtfully hand selected one by one by eco fashion stylist and founder of tommie magazine, Natalie Shehata to create a curated shop. You are supporting us as small business, and we thank you for this. All items in this store were purchased from individuals at flea markets, thrift charity stores or small vintage shops - we too are investing our dollar in supporting small business who specialise in second clothing, and as some of our items were also purchased from thrift stores, we are supporting charities with our dollar.

Thank you for making this decision, you are making the world of difference. Change starts with you, you change-maker!
